Air vents are placed around the lower part of the cap to allow moisture from the inner tube to escape from all directions. Additionally, even if rainwater enters through these vents, it will be quickly discharged through the drainage outlet directly below. The high-quality PVC holder arranged around the outer circumference of the inner tube not only ensures a secure cap hold but also features a design that effectively expels moisture flowing from the inner tube. An edge that serves both drainage and ventilation is adopted at the very bottom of the cap. It normally functions as a vent, but in the event of heavy rain or similar conditions where water enters the cap, it effectively drains the water from there.
